Founder
Noor Chughtai
Noor Chughtai is a Pakistani-American medical student and researcher committed to improving care and long-term outcomes for individuals affected by acid-related injuries. Her work centers on skin disease, scar outcomes, and patient-centered recovery, with interests in reconstructive dermatology, global health, and survivor advocacy.
She is actively involved in dermatology research, community education initiatives, and projects focused on expanding access to evidence-based treatment and support for patients with complex skin conditions.
Medical Advisor
Fahad Siddiqui, DO
Fahad Siddiqui, DO, is an Orlando native who completed medical school at Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and dermatology residency training at the Kansas City University/ADCS Orlando Dermatology Residency Program.
He will be completing a Mohs Micrographic Surgery Fellowship at Indiana University, with focused training in the surgical management of skin cancer and advanced facial reconstruction.
Pakistan Surgical Partner
Dr. Munawar Nadeem
Dr. Munawar Nadeem is a senior consultant general surgeon and Principal of Munawar Surgical Hospital in Sialkot, Pakistan, with over 30 years of experience spanning advanced minimally invasive surgery, breast care, and trauma surgery. He has performed more than 3,000 laparoscopic procedures and established the first One-Stop Breast Clinic in the Sialkot region.
Over his career, Dr. Nadeem has also treated over 300 acid attack survivors in Pakistan at his hospital in Sialkot. Earlier in his career, he served as a general surgeon in the war-affected region of Vavuniya, Sri Lanka, performing over 1,000 surgical procedures—approximately 70% trauma-related—gaining exceptional experience in emergency surgery and independent surgical decision-making under resource-limited conditions.

Syed Nasir Ali Gilani
Syed Nasir Ali Gilani obtained his law degree from the University of the Punjab and has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Punjab Bar Council since 2005. He currently serves as Senior Corporate Partner at Zafar & Associates LLP, one of Pakistan's leading law firms, with extensive experience in constitutional law, corporate governance, taxation, and intellectual property law.
Mr. Gilani has provided comprehensive legal services to multiple international non-governmental organizations, including Johns Hopkins University (USA), Jhpiego Corporation, Wildlife Conservation Society, and Healing & Caring Foundation. He regularly appears before the High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan, has represented national and international companies in arbitration proceedings, and served as Team Leader for the World Bank Group's Investment & Climate Department survey on Doing Business in Pakistan. He is a member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
